Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and strategy for Platform Services, the remote Senior DevOps Engineer will influence technical decisions related to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployment systems, and automation processes while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and direct platform services supporting FedRAMP High and IL5 environments
- Design and enhance Kubernetes-based deployment systems and CI/CD workflows
- Drive automation of operational and compliance processes to improve reliability and consistency
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Operations with technical leadership experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Ruby, Java, or similar languages, along with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
- Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS
- Experience building platform tooling and self-service solutions to enhance developer experience
- Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated environments such as FedRAMP High or IL5
