Senior DevOps Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior DevOps Lead to manage infrastructure and lead a hybrid internal and external team model.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement infrastructure solutions using Terraform and AWS best practices
• Stabilize operations and establish internal team processes from an external DevOps team
• Mentor contractors and guide them through project execution and technical initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role
• Deep expertise in AWS services including ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, and networking
• Strong Terraform experience with the ability to write clean, modular IaC
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration and CI/CD tools
• Proven ability to lead teams through project definition and technical execution
