Senior DevOps Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of the DevOps function, the full-time Senior DevOps Manager will enhance engineering productivity, streamline production releases, and ensure the reliability of the SaaS platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the DevOps roadmap focusing on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational efficiency
• Lead the DevOps team in collaboration with Engineering, SRE, Platform, and Product teams to eliminate production bottlenecks
• Drive multi-cloud practices and implement AI-powered tools to optimize deployment and incident response processes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or platform engineering with direct accountability for team performance
• Strong background in large-scale SaaS platforms utilizing AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python or Go)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools for operational support and productivity
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance operational outcomes
