Senior DevOps Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote full-time team, the Senior DevOps Manager will manage the DevOps team, oversee the implementation of processes and tools, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the DevOps team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps processes, tools, and security compliance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience in DevOps or a related role
• Three or more years of leadership experience
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, best practices, and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
