Senior DevOps Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing operational efficiency, the full-time Senior DevOps Software Engineer will develop productivity tools and automation solutions for program managers and engineering teams, working both remotely and onsite to streamline workflows and improve data visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal tools, dashboards, scripts, and automations to enhance program execution and reduce manual processes
• Automate status reporting, risk tracking, and other operational tasks to improve workflow reliability
• Integrate data from various engineering systems and maintain tool health post-launch through documentation and user support

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or engineering operations
• Experience in building internal tools, dashboards, and data integrations
• Practical skills in scripting and automation using technologies like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
• Working understanding of DevOps concepts such as automation, CI systems, and operational ownership
