Senior DevOps Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior DevOps Support Engineer (AU).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex CI/CD, software, and infrastructure issues
• Design and implement preventive tools and solutions to enhance customer experience
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring feedback is addressed and shared insights improve awareness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Bash scripting, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Golang
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes
• Background in Software, DevOps, or Infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer support experiences
