Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting engineers to be productive and ensuring they have the right tooling for testing, building, and releasing code efficiently
Reducing build and Continuous Integration run times, improving developer satisfaction, and minimizing test flakiness
Defining, operating, monitoring, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for multiple languages/build systems

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Python, Golang, Rust, Javascript/Typescript and related build chains for these languages
Proficiency in Docker containers, Kubernetes concepts, and GitHub Action workflows
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Empathy for other engineers and a passion for quality code
Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in multiple locations and time zones
