Senior DevSecOps Consultant
Job Summary
To lead an eight-week engagement focused on establishing cloud governance and financial management within a large-scale Azure environment, the Senior DevSecOps Consultant will work remotely as an independent contractor, designing governance controls and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams to improve cloud efficiency and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and identify gaps in existing Azure cloud governance and financial management practices
- Design and implement Azure management group hierarchies and governance policies using Infrastructure as Code
- Develop compliance reporting processes and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, or related fields
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud governance in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Azure Policy and Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
- Experience with cloud financial management principles and Azure Cost Management
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions
