Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior DevSecOps Engineer will serve as a platform automation and secure-delivery expert, designing and operating secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for a large federal enterprise cloud platform while advancing DevSecOps and zero-trust practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and operating secure, automated, scalable CI/CD pipelines for hosted applications
• Embedding security across the pipeline, including vulnerability scanning and policy-as-code, to meet compliance thresholds
• Engineering and maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform) for environment configuration and Kubernetes clusters

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may substitute for education
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipeline architecture and at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (Terraform preferred)
• Strong command of containerization and Kubernetes-based deployment, along with core DevOps concepts
• Experience integrating security tooling into delivery pipelines
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination
