Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

To design and secure the automated infrastructure for a cloud platform, the full-time Senior DevSecOps Engineer will build and maintain golden image creation pipelines, implement automated patching workflows, and integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated golden image creation pipelines for Linux-based VMs and containers, enforcing CIS hardening standards
• Implement and manage automated Linux patching workflows and configuration management pipelines to enforce hardened baselines
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines and implement policy-as-code controls to prevent non-compliant workloads from reaching production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure security
• Strong Linux administration skills with a deep understanding of CIS benchmarks and hardening practices
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes security, including RBAC and network policies
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation and remediation
