Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior DevSecOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain automation pipelines and infrastructure within an AWS-based data lakehouse ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation pipelines for workload packaging, validation, and deployment across AWS environments
• Implement CI/CD best practices for packaging, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with data engineers to operationalize workloads and maintain integrations within the data lakehouse ecosystem

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering
• 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining production pipelines and infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Step Functions, Lambda, and S3
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
