Senior DFT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior DFT Engineer - LPU.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement SCAN, MBIST, and JTAG debug structures for post-Si testing plans
• Drive the creation of ATPG and MBIST test vectors and ensure timing closure in DFT mode
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize DFT implementation and bring up test patterns on silicon

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or M.S. in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of DFT experience
• Practical experience with SCAN/MBIST/Test generation tools for large SoC/ASIC
• Domain expertise in DFT techniques such as ATPG, scan compression, and IEEE 1500 standard
• Experience with real silicon debugging and coding skills in Tcl and Python
• Solid understanding of RTL to GDS methodologies and formal equivalence
