Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of retainer clients, the remote Senior Digital Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner, proactively identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of impactful digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Leading roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews for client accounts
- Translating client goals into actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams
- Proactively identifying account expansion opportunities and managing retainer budgets effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role
- Proven track record managing retainer accounts and deepening client relationships
- Technically credible in web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy
- Experience with tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms
- Full professional English proficiency required
