Job Summary

Seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Digital Acquisition Marketer for a full-time remote position, responsible for leading growth channels for member and clinic patient acquisition across multiple markets, managing paid media strategies, and optimizing digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-level growth strategies for Individual & Family Plan membership and commercial clinic consumer acquisition
• Own the strategy and management of paid media across various channels, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and clinic capacity
• Lead organic search strategy and audience-first acquisition efforts, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and ROI

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media with proven acquisition outcomes
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, paid social, and paid search platforms
• Strong understanding of audience targeting strategies and budget management across multiple markets
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into investment decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical/reporting tools
