Job Summary

Senior Digital Ads Manager, responsible for managing and improving digital advertising campaigns for nonprofit clients in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enhance the execution quality of ad campaigns across various channels
  • Interpret performance data to make tactical recommendations and manage workflow dependencies
  • Oversee the quality assurance process from development to launch
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of digital advertising experience, with at least 2 years in media buying for direct response campaigns
  • Proficiency in programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search channels
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager or similar ad servers
  • Experience in demand-side platforms like Google Display and Video 360
  • Ability to manage projects collaboratively and support junior staff development
