Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Digital Analyst will utilize digital analytics tools to perform analysis, identify behavioral insights, and develop reporting to track digital performance and engagement within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute reporting to track digital performance, engagement, and business trends
• Perform in-depth analysis across multiple digital platforms to uncover key areas for improvement
• Manage key projects, ensuring alignment of program scope and timely delivery of project milestones

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams
• 2+ years of experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products
• 2+ years of experience with digital analytics implementation support and QA/UAT processes
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
