Senior Digital Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the digital experience for customers and agents, the full-time Senior Digital Analyst will leverage data analytics and visualization tools to optimize operational efficiency and drive self-service initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze digital engagement data to uncover insights and improve customer experiences
• Collaborate with Customer Strategists to track and report on automation initiatives
• Utilize coding and visualization tools to present analytical results effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
