Senior Digital Asset Librarian

Job Summary

To support access to digital assets across the organization, the full-time Senior Digital Asset Librarian will manage requests, develop processes for Digital Asset Management, and lead training initiatives while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with different Arthrex regions to address their unique asset needs and execute small-scale Digital Asset Management projects
• Ensure timely handling of requests received by the Digital Asset Management Team and keep stakeholders informed of content status changes
• Lead training and onboarding for team members and develop technical documentation related to Digital Asset Management processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MLS/MIS/MS preferred
• At least 6 years of related experience in Digital Asset Management or a similar field
• Proficiency in Digital Asset Management Systems and Content Management Systems
• Strong understanding of metadata practices and cataloging protocols
• Knowledge of digital file formats and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
