Senior Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

Focused on the strategic oversight and administration of a Digital Asset Management system, the full-time Senior Digital Asset Manager will serve as the primary administrator, ensuring effective governance and support for a portfolio of over 100 university partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls for the DAM platform while configuring settings and workflows
• Maintain and evolve the DAM taxonomy and metadata schema, enforcing governance policies for asset management
• Develop training programs and materials to drive DAM adoption among internal teams and external partners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a DAM platform in a corporate or media environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with demonstrated experience in administering a DAM platform
• Experience designing and implementing metadata schemas and taxonomy frameworks
• Proficiency with DAM platform administration and API integrations
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of creative production workflows
