Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design efforts for credit union digital banking initiatives
Design responsive online and mobile banking experiences while aligning member journeys with business strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate design workshops and support iterative delivery processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
3+ years designing for digital banking platforms like VeriPark, Backbase, or similar
Experience working within structured design systems and Agile environments
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
University degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
