Senior Digital Community Manager

Job Summary

To drive engagement and cultivate meaningful relationships within online communities, the full-time Senior Digital Community Manager will manage and grow platforms such as LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook Groups while ensuring all interactions reflect brand values in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow online communities across various digital platforms
• Develop engagement programs and community events to increase participation and retention
• Produce regular reports on community metrics and identify trends to inform product and marketing decisions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community management or social media
• Strong experience managing communities on multiple digital platforms simultaneously
• Ability to develop and execute community engagement programs that drive measurable results
• Familiarity with community management and social listening tools such as Khoros or Sprinklr
• Excellent written communication skills with a knack for building rapport at scale
