Job Summary

Leading the development of integrated content and campaign strategies, the full-time Senior Digital Content Partner will drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the student banking journey while working in a hybrid environment based in Westwood, Massachusetts, New York, New York, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of multi-channel campaign strategies aligned with business priorities and audience needs
• Translate business goals into messaging frameworks and content plans across various channels
• Monitor performance metrics and leverage analytics insights to optimize content strategies and campaigns

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital content, content marketing, or social media strategy
• Proven experience in leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Strong background in content strategy, editorial planning, and SEO
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
