Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Digital Curriculum Developer to design and enhance digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex digital projects while collaborating with leaders to streamline processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert for digital content developers, offering guidance on learning objectives and project management
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through analysis of key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in designing online curriculums in adult learning settings
• Strong multimedia development experience preferred
• Experience with Articulate 360 and other digital design tools
• Basic coding knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
