Senior Digital Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Digital Designer who is excited about shaping intuitive, human-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion innovation through human-centered design thinking and develop prototypes for digital products
• Conceptualize and iterate on digital projects, delivering wireframes and prototypes while preparing assets for developers
• Support project execution with a clear understanding of strategy, objectives, and UX standards, while documenting member insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, UX, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (4 years)
• 4 years of experience in digital and/or experience design, creative prototyping, or related consumer-focused functions
• High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and knowledge of digital development processes
• Proficient in Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with knowledge of printing processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
