Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated digital engagement campaigns to support customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal readiness
- Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across various digital channels
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement performance and continuously refine programs based on insights
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B digital engagement, lifecycle marketing, or Customer Success marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel campaigns focused on customer adoption and retention
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate Customer Success goals into scalable digital programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform targeting and optimize performance
