Job Summary
Driving e-commerce revenue performance, the full-time Senior Digital Growth Manager will own new customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle growth strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own e-commerce annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets and promotional calendars to maximize revenue across all product lines
- Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive qualified traffic and collaborate with teams to align acquisition campaigns with conversion goals
- Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize lifecycle programs and report on e-commerce performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth marketing with proven revenue ownership
- Demonstrated success in driving e-commerce or self-serve SaaS growth, including conversion optimization and purchasing flow improvement
- Strong background in B2C or prosumer/SMB SaaS with an understanding of self-serve acquisition funnels and subscription economics
