Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager will oversee client services, strategize with clients and internal teams, and ensure effective communication and reporting, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client services for assigned VIP accounts to ensure performance aligns with client needs
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to make strategic decisions and implement necessary pivots
• Identify service gaps and propose solutions, including service upgrades, while coordinating monthly reporting calls

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Experience working with law firm clients is essential
• Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies specific to the legal industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience with personal injury law firm clients is highly preferred
