Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Digital Marketing Associate to enhance the digital experience for Care Centers through website support and digital project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support Care Centers' digital presence
• Provide customer support and engage with providers to resolve website issues
• Manage day-to-day operations of the website support queue and assist with digital projects

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in website management/support and project management
• Understanding of web UX best practices
• Experience with Acquia Drupal preferred
• Base level knowledge of HTML and CSS
