Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the digital experience for Care Centers, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Associate will manage website support operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist with various digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the digital presence of Care Centers
• Provide customer support and engage with providers to resolve website support cases
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the website support queue and manage project requests

Required qualifications

• BA or BS in Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields preferred
• 3+ years of experience in website management/support and project management
• Understanding of web UX best practices and project management practices
• Experience with Acquia Drupal and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
