Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the digital presence of Care Centers, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Associate will manage website support operations, engage with providers, and assist with various digital projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the digital infrastructure for Care Centers
• Provide customer support and resolve website support cases while managing the support queue
• Oversee project management for complex website requests and create documentation for digital marketing offerings

Required qualifications

• BA or BS in Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields preferred
• 3+ years of experience in website management/support and project management
• Understanding of web UX best practices and project management practices
• Experience with Acquia Drupal preferred and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
