Job Summary
Leading a team of Optimization Strategists, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Manager will drive strategy, performance, and growth for a portfolio of complex executive accounts, ensuring successful digital campaigns that align with client business goals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to top-tier clients, advising on integrated marketing plans and owning renewal and satisfaction targets
- Set performance standards and operating rhythms for multiple teams, ensuring excellence in campaign launches and KPI attainment
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance campaign delivery, measurement, and reporting, while managing stakeholder communication effectively
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in multi-channel programs for high-value accounts
- 7+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in an agency or in-house environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margin, and retention targets for strategic accounts
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
