Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Digital Optimization Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation execution across partner microsites and landing pages
- Own the testing backlog and execution, including identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, and managing tests from concept to readout
- Utilize web analytics and user research to uncover friction points and growth opportunities, and support the rollout of personalization use cases
Required Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in digital web optimization, CRO, UX, experimentation, and growth marketing
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests, personalization, and journey experiments at scale
- Expert experience in GA4 web analytics and proficiency with Optimizely and Full Story
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive conversion and business impact
- Experience in multi-site or multi-brand ecosystems is preferred
