Job Summary
Leading data-driven testing initiatives, the contract Senior Digital Optimization Manager will design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance digital customer experiences across web and mobile platforms in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels, ensuring accurate execution and monitoring
- Analyze test results using statistical methods to provide actionable insights and develop dashboards for reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing goals and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis within a business or technical role
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target
- 4+ years of experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of statistical testing methodologies and best practices in experimentation
- Proven ability to build dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights
