Senior Digital Platform Manager

Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of assigned digital platforms, the full-time Senior Digital Platform Manager will ensure alignment with strategic goals, enhance client experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee roadmap development, feature prioritization, and lifecycle planning for digital platforms
• Identify opportunities for improving client experience through digital solutions and collaborate on marketing initiatives
• Partner with IT, Operations, and Compliance to ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives and monitor performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years in product management, project management, or related roles
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contract reviews
