Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Digital Producer, the full-time hybrid position will manage multiplatform content production, including line and video editing, while collaborating with the Audience Engagement team to optimize digital journalism and enhance audience reach.

Key responsibilities:

• Edit articles and video scripts for clarity, engagement, and adherence to style guidelines
• Collaborate with the Audience Engagement team to implement strategies for growing a digital audience
• Coach editors and reporters on best practices for content optimization and presentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven copyediting and line editing experience
• Expertise in AP style and fact-checking
• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
• Demonstrated news judgment and ability to work in fast-paced environments
