Job Summary
Analyzing and optimizing member engagement across digital platforms, the full-time Senior Digital Product Analyst will manage digital analytics reporting, monitor engagement metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own digital analytics reporting and insights for the member portal, website, and mobile app
- Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics, behavioral trends, and user journeys
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs and performance trends to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or web/app analytics
- Strong proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying large datasets preferred
