Senior Digital Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Digital Product Designer will design innovative digital experiences that enhance patient care and business decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects, developing user interfaces that ensure optimal user experience while managing timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Create high-fidelity digital experiences, including responsive web and mobile applications, while collaborating with developers to deliver design assets on time
• Conduct user research and usability testing to assess and optimize the performance of digital features, translating business and user requirements into effective user experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface/Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in interactive design, including product design and brand marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of UX and UI skills across multiple devices
• Expertise in modern design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite
• Experience with low- and high-fidelity prototyping techniques and a solid understanding of Agile product development
