Senior Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy for infrastructure products, the full-time Senior Digital Product Manager will collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into business value, support product owners in developing user stories, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the product lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure products and engineering productivity tools
• Partner with engineering and application teams to translate technical requirements into business priorities
• Track and report on key initiatives to drive progress and ensure successful product outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges through technology
• Experience in leading and influencing interdisciplinary teams across the organization
• Agile-minded with Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred
• Proven ability to educate and align stakeholders at all levels
