Senior Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Digital Product Manager will embed with product teams to enhance digital product management practices, accelerate the adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), and lead efforts in defining, prioritizing, and delivering impactful product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with product teams to improve product management practices and accelerate DPOM adoption
• Coach Digital Product Managers on core product management skills, including strategy, roadmaps, and value measurement
• Shape product vision and strategy while helping teams connect product work to measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading projects
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital product management
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor product managers or cross-functional team members
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
