Senior Digital Product Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Digital Product Manager will define, evaluate, and scale tools and workflows that support modern product management practices and the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) at Amgen, focusing on AI-assisted and AI-led initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own product requirements and evaluate tools and platforms that enable Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) practices
- Help define and implement AI-assisted and AI-led PDLC strategies to enhance product management quality and decision-making
- Embed with product teams to coach on product management practices and facilitate the adoption of DPOM standards
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects
- Strong understanding of product management practices across the Product Development Lifecycle
- Experience evaluating or driving adoption of tools that support product management and workflow improvements
- Ability to translate product team needs into requirements and scalable workflows
