Senior Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of digital products, the full-time remote Senior Digital Product Manager will focus on enhancing Amgen's forecasting and decision-making processes by integrating business strategy, customer needs, and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Translate digital strategy into product visions, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and planning challenges across various business functions
• Frame complex business problems as product opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Digital Product Management experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Proven experience in developing data-intensive, analytical, or decision-support products
• Strong understanding of forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision science
• Experience applying Agile methods in product management
