Senior Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end project management for the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) transformation, the full-time Senior Digital Experience Project Manager will drive cross-functional alignment, manage project plans, and facilitate communication among teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting for the DXP program, ensuring alignment across teams
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, owning agendas, action items, and follow-through to clear project blockers
• Identify and resolve project risks and dependencies, escalating issues to senior management as necessary

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project or program management within digital marketing, web operations, or technology environments
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Strong facilitation skills with experience in running meetings and presenting to leadership
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies
