Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Digital Services Specialist to manage digital services and support client requests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for Digital Audience requests and manage training for new clients
Oversee and ensure the delivery of digital orders and coordinate communications across relevant teams
Document digital processes, troubleshoot delivery issues, and identify areas for operational improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience working with political data and digital advertising platforms
Familiarity with TargetSmart's ListBuilder, SmartVAN, or similar data querying software
2-3 years of experience with Democratic Campaigns, Progressive Non-Profits, or related fields
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Understanding of the voting process and political district boundaries
