Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain production-grade code throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Design and implement new features and UI improvements for internal dashboards focusing on usability and performance
• Collaborate with Product Management to deliver effective customer and internal user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack software engineering, particularly with React and modern web technologies
• Experience in leading front-end development and applying UI/UX principles
• Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies for improved platform performance
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships to support project alignment and delivery
