Senior Digital Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Translating consumer and operational challenges into actionable designs, the full-time Senior Digital Solutions Analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners to convert digital strategies into technical requirements, overseeing all aspects of the product life cycle from kickoff to evaluation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish architectural plans across multiple solution areas in collaboration with technical and business leadership
• Lead development efforts including requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and support for analytics solutions
• Analyze the current digital ecosystem to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements while providing strategic consultation to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, statistics, or a closely related field
• Minimum five years of experience in analytics
• Advanced programming skills in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with agile methodologies, specifically scrum
• Healthcare experience is preferred
