Senior Director, Account Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Account Management - Automotive.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial accountability for existing enterprise automotive accounts and develop multi-year strategic account plans
• Expand relationships into various service lines and lead solution discussions aligned to client outcomes
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior leaders and ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic account leadership
• Proven success in expanding complex enterprise accounts across multiple service lines
• Strong executive-level communication and financial acumen
• Background in BPO, Technology Services, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Managed Services preferred
