Senior Director, ACO Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, MSSP ACO Strategy & Performance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an analytics, reporting, and data science team to support primary care business performance
• Connect analytic insights to company strategy and recommend changes to physician incentive models
• Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance in Care Management operations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Quantitative Management, Business Analytics, or related field
• Five (5) years of experience in data analytics for Accountable Care Organization (ACO) business decisions
• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare analytics, including medical claims and clinical data
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and dashboarding software (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI)
• At least 1 year of experience managing a cross-functional team
