Senior Director, AI Platform
Job Summary
Leading the global Enterprise Data, AI Platform, and Context Engineering organization, the full-time Senior Director, AI Platform will define and execute strategies for enterprise data architecture and AI capabilities while overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Data Foundation, Enterprise Context Layer, and Enterprise AI Platform
- Architect and build the Enterprise Context Layer, ensuring high availability and operational excellence across data platforms
- Lead the implementation of Agentic AI platforms and enterprise conversational AI experiences that enhance interaction with enterprise data
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise data, AI platform, or engineering organizations
- Expertise in modern data platforms, including Azure Cloud and Microsoft Fabric
- Strong understanding of enterprise context management and semantic modeling
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred
