Senior Director, AI Strategy

Job Summary

Driving the enterprise AI strategy, the remote Senior Director, AI Strategy will define and implement the AI operating model, manage the AI portfolio system, and establish governance frameworks to ensure successful AI initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise AI operating model, establishing roles and accountability across functions
• Build and run the AI portfolio system, creating a transparent view of AI initiatives and leading portfolio review mechanisms
• Drive prioritization and decision discipline by partnering with leaders across various departments to focus resources on high-value work

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI, digital, or technology leadership
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional AI initiatives across business, engineering, and data organizations
• Deep expertise in modern AI, including LLMs, agents, and evaluation methodologies
• Proven ability to design scalable execution systems and governance frameworks
• Strong business and technical judgment across AI, engineering, product, and data
