Senior Director, AI Strategy
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise AI strategy, the full-time Senior Director, AI Center of Excellence will establish and scale a centralized AI initiative, ensuring responsible adoption of AI tools while embedding governance and driving measurable business value in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize the AI Center of Excellence charter and governance structure, aligning AI initiatives with strategic business priorities
- Design and implement governance principles to integrate responsible AI practices into business processes and workflows
- Accelerate the adoption of AI tools across the workforce through enablement programs and change management strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of leadership experience in AI, data, technology, or enterprise enablement
- Proven success in launching and scaling enterprise AI or digital transformation programs
- Strong expertise in generative AI and AI governance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
